If you want a special flower, then you should plan to give the location time to fulfill the order and make sure the needed flowers are on hand. The same planning would be needed for hard to find cheeses, candies, jams, and jellies. Calling ahead to the location or destination will insure your gift and thoughtfulness is sent in exactly the manner you are looking for. Impatience does not work if the planning is last minute.
